Our cardio equipment is the latest Life Fitness has to offer. Our Treadmills, Life Cycles, Steppers, Rowers and Summit Trainer are all presented in a clean, air conditioned room and you will never have to wait in line to use them. Our extensive entertainment system means you will have many options to keep your mind occupied while your body does the work.

Our strength equipment is located in a light filled, air conditioned room, and with it’s leafy outlook is like no other in the area. With functional, easy to use machines and free weights, this is the perfect place to tone, strengthen, and build your target areas. With a trainer instructing and supporting every exercise you do, results are inevitable.

Our Infra Red Sauna is nestled in it’s own peaceful room, and is a perfect place to relax and give your body some valuable time out. Infra Red Saunas have many health benefits which include circulatory and respiratory, detoxification, and injury rehabilitation. Enjoy a hot sauna at the end of a training session to relieve aching muscles, or just come in to eliminate some toxins.

Another way to relax after a hard workout, or even just a hard day, is a cool dip in our lagoon style salt-water pool. Clear your mind as you swim, surrounded by tropical palms and our resident Water Dragons.

We also have a private business centre with internet and fax facilities for members to utilise as they need.
