As a member of Original Fitness Byron Bay you will be taken through every session by a tertiary qualified and experienced trainer, who will ensure you get the most out of your exercise whether you are a beginner or an athlete. Weekly and monthly monitoring of your personal goals will ensure you are on the path to a healthier, fitter you. By becoming a member of Original Fitness Byron Bay you will receive personal attention and instruction tailored specifically for your individual goals, every time you visit.

Yoga

We offer private yoga sessions by appointment, which can be done at Original Fitness Byron Bay or in the comfort of your own home.

Our teachers are:
Kaz Toupin - Astanga & Power Yoga suitable for beginners and beyond. Wed/Fri 12 – 1 pm – bookings essential.
Tara Goundrie - Hatha Yoga (svaroopa style) & deep stretching. Tue/Thu 12 – 1 pm – bookings essential.

One on one sessions ensure you are getting the maximum benefit from your yoga, whether it is relaxation, flexibility, strength, or all of these that you are aiming for. One on two, and one on three sessions provide the personal attention at a lower cost and are great for couples, and friends.

Massage & Acupuncture

At Original Fitness Byron Bay we have some of the best therapists in the area, available for in house treatments or out calls to your home.
